Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday)

however, we are not responsible if your item takes longer than that to arrive. We post all our
items as detailed above and if there is any delay, this is due to Hermes and not our dispatch
time. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact your local Hermes
sorting office to see if they are holding it. In the event of a lost item, we have to wait 10
working days due to delivery before we can report this to Hermes (this is the policy of
Hermes). On the 10th working day, we can refund or replace the item to you once you have
confirmed at that time that your item has not been delivered. No refunds or replacements will
be processed before 10 working days have elapsed. At that time we would immediately
submit a report to Hermes that your item was not delivered, they would then investigate the
matter and may contact you for confirmation. Please understand this policy is in keeping with
the requirements of Hermes
Delivery Information
Don’t Koks will take all necessary steps to ensure delivery times are adhered to . However,
during busy periods such as sale, deliveries may take a little longer.  Updates to our systems
or force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions may also affect delivery
timescales. We aim to keep you updated in these circumstances and will work hard to keep
these temporary changes to a minimum.

You can return a product for up to 28 days from the date you purchased it.
